Amazing location near the train station and within walking distance of Mirabell Castle. The room stayed very clean with a modern vibe. I loved the self-service check-in process. The common areas like the lounge and terrace offer nice spots to relax. The mattress was too soft for my taste, made restful sleep a challenge. Noise from the street, especially ambulances and trucks, disturbed my peace at night. The lack of physical staff on-site felt a bit impersonal, and I was surprised by the extra charges for services like luggage storage. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the overall cleanliness and communication through WhatsApp. Would recommend for those seeking a modern stay but be aware of the noise and comfort issues.

It offers good sized rooms with the shower, TV, as example, spent our time lovely. The interior is lovely and design is functional.

Room description inaccurate-shared entrance with another room created privacy issues. Slanted ceiling hindered movement, leading to a few bumps on the head. Overall comfort was compromised due to these design flaws.

Oh man, the Singapore noodles at Bangkok Restaurant were a highlight, bursting with flavor! And free bikes to zip around Salzburg made exploring a delight. The cleanliness of the room shined.

i loved staying here because it's just a short walk away from mirabell castle and only about 15 minutes from the historic city center, making it super convenient for leisurely strolls through salzburg's beautiful streets and parks.
